Making Samples?
Follow food safety rules - wash your hands before handling any food products and keep your work space clean. Food safety infographic You can scroll to the right for more information.
Plan on providing about 36 bites. Samples should be bite size! So, even if you and your partner are presenting in different rooms you can still bake together - one batch or a double batch - and you will have plenty.
Tips: Cookies - While HOT just out of the oven, divide them in 4, once cool finish breaking them apart Cupcakes, Cakes and Brownies - Let cool completely before cutting into small bite size samples. If you have frosting add a little to each bite once you have cut them. Tortillas - cut into small servings Remember - SINGLE BITE SIZE SERVINGS - everything should be ready to pass out - do not plan on dividing up your samples here.
SAY WHAT?! WEDNESDAY
